General terms

Over 30 years only. Proof of ID required in advance. Security Deposit Required. No Hen or Stag parties.

Rules

IMPORTANT Minimum rental age. 25 years. UK right to rent regulations require us to collect your information via our own online form and a photo of your passport as proof of ID and age. Homeaway Verification alone is NOT sufficient and is no longer acceptable to UK insurance companies. You must provide this information within 24 hours of your reservation or the booking will be cancelled.

A Security/Damage deposit of £250 is required to release the keys for the apartment, and will be returned within 48 hours of leaving the apartment (once cleaning and damage inspection has taken place). The Security Deposit is payable directly to BrightonBreak, and is not a Homeaway associated payment.

We regret, no stag or hen parties.

Cancellation

BrightonBreak Cancellation Policy:
Up to 24 hours after booking - 100% refund (grace period)
30 + days before rental - 50% refund
Less than 30 days before the rental no refund is payable.
